I'm going to talk straight here – because that's what I do. There are some things happening in the world of business advice that really p*** me off.
- You drop a wad of cash with a specialist (might be $10,000 for a new website or $15,000 for an 'elite' coaching program) but see no measurable results, no substantial improvements to your productivity or profits.
- You're fed a lot of general, open-ended advice that you have to somehow piece together like a crazy jigsaw puzzle, and when it doesn't work you're given the impression it's somehow your fault.
- You're served off-the-shelf generic systems developed en masse and delivered by people with little (or no) real business experience, who don't have the knowledge to diagnose your real business problems, never mind fix them.

This drives me crazy because we see business owners struggle ... and struggle ... for no good reason.

I hold myself accountable, the old-fashioned way. I am responsible for delivering on my promises and I'll keep going until I get results. I won't throw some theory at you and then say, "if it's not working it's because you're not doing enough”.
I'll also be on time, return your phone messages and reply to your emails - promptly. And if there's something I can't help you with, we'll help you find someone who can.
