I am a connection junkie. Seriously.
I'm constantly amazed and energised by the incredible inspiration,
motivation and pure problem-solving power that emerges when you connect
dynamic, savvy entrepreneurs. When you get raw, honest and bold. When
conversations get really juicy.
Have you walked away from a business conversation feeling truly
buzzed lighter, smarter and confident you can take on everything
between you and your ultimate goal? Maybe not often enough?
Which is why I just had to create Fusion, a meeting place in the real
and virtual worlds, where we can all get our connection hit where
dynamic, savvy entrepreneurial business owners can come together to get
real, spark ideas and fuel connections.
I've even managed to turn my addiction into my profession when we
work together it's all about connecting the people, ideas and resources
you need to succeed: connecting your business and personal life for
integrated well-being; connecting all the aspects of your business to
create a wholistic strategy; connecting to your best customers and
supporters through smart marketing and social media tools ... well, I
could go on about this for ages.
In short, like I said, connection junkie!
What gets me fired up ...
Rigid definitions of success, and the pressure
business owners feel to conform to them.
If you want to build the next Google, Apple or Microsoft, that's
fantastic ... and if you want to focus on doing something you love while
also having ample time and energy for your family, then that's just as
valid.
Equally, your path to success will be as unique as your vision. What
works for your neighbour, your competitor, your role model or mentor
works for their particular combination of values, life circumstances,
resources, skills, business model. You can certainly learn from their
experience, but you must create your own path by building on your own
beliefs, strengths and opportunities.

What you need to know about me ...
I'm pretty comfortable being the 'fuel' in the Alito equation a
hefty log of wood with quite a few well-earned growth
rings to show for my 40 years professional experience.
Like Cat, I thrive on conversation. Robust exchanges. Open, flowing
discussions where we pull apart concepts, strategies, problems and
examine them from every angle to find new ways in and new ways out.
People have been bugging me for quite a while to write a book
capturing everything I know about business and personal performance. But
blank paper doesn't excite me. It's one-on-one exchanges and action
that switches me on for creative problem-solving and visioning.
Your most urgent questions, challenging situations, seemingly
impossible goals (just about nothing is impossible!) you bring them to
the table and I'll give you specific, applicable advice drawing on four
decades of working, learning and critical thinking. More than that,
we'll the put rubber to the road and make sure you're getting real,
measurable results.
