• How many business cards you can collect in  an hour
• A social event disguised as business  networking
• Mingling with other women who aren’t  business owners and therefore share a  different reality to you
• Finding people to ‘sell’ to
• Being ‘sold’ to
• Shallow connections amidst a noisy lunch  and a mediocre guest speaker
