Fusion is a space for like-minded business owners to connect, inspire and be inspired and discuss the joys… and challenges of building a successful business.
It all started with a series of businesswomen's luncheons ... and then expaned to an online community (thanks to the wonders of Facebook) where many dynamic, savvy and entrepreneurial men joined the conversation. In 2011 we'll be continuing the ever-popular women's luncheons ... as well as hosting new events to spark ideas and fuel connections amongst business owners of both genders.
fusion is about:
- Enjoying the company of other dynamic, savvy, entrepreneurially-minded & funky business owners
- Pithy, robust conversation
- The sanctity of a space reserved only for other business owners
- Sharing your experiences and hearing the experiences of others
- Discovery and inspiration
- Building a robust network of like-minded business-owners, similar to an ivy-league school alumni association

what fusion is NOT about:
- A leads club
- How many business cards you can collect in an hour
- A social event disguised as business networking
- Mingling with other's who aren’t business owners and therefore share a different reality to you
- Finding people to ‘sell’ to
- Being ‘sold’ to
- Shallow connections amidst mediocre networking events

The next event for 2011 is ...The now-famous Fusion Businesswomen's luncheon.
When: Thursday 27 October
Time: 12 noon for 12.30 - 2.30pm
Where: Mondo Organics, 166 Hardgrave St, West End (Brisbane)
Cost: $65 (including gst). This includes a delicious 2-course lunch, a glass of wine and sparkling conversations with dynamic, savvy and like-minded business women.
