We want our clients to be incredibly successful – according to their definitions of success! We don’t subscribe to the theory that success is only for the lucky and we are appalled by the high rates of business ‘failure’. We strive to create continuing success for our clients and in doing so we create ripples of success for our clients’ families, their communities and the wider community as a whole.
Inspiration
We see the success codes that seed inspiration – what’s at the heart of your business, and your people, that can be harnessed to have you stand out from the crowd. To run a truly successful business the people within it need to be inspired to be the best – we uncover and then instil that inspiration into the ‘being-ness’ of your organisation… so it is self-perpetuating and continuously inspiring.

We don’t just want to improve the performance of your businesses – we want to set it on fire!!! Our Approach
People often hesitate to contact a business advisor because they're scared of looking stupid, concerned they'll be 'found-out' for not knowing all the answers. Why would you have all the answers? You went into business because you're good at doing 'your thing'... not running a business. Well, our 'thing' is running businesses.... so we have the answers in that regard. And you won't look stupid to us... in fact, you'll be one of the smart ones - smart enough to realise you can't know everything about anything and smart enough to get help.
So, what is it like to work with us?
Engaging - we will talk with you, not at you, in a way that is meaningful and relevant to you. We will answer your questions and be proactive in our advice - we won't just state the obvious but we will tell you what you need to know.... and what you need to do.
Challenging – we will push you and confront you on the things we see that are holding you back. Will we tell you want you want to hear? Not always. Instead we will do and say whatever it takes to get you closer to your goals.
Professional – but not in the ‘stiff, tie and collar’ kind of way. What we mean is, we’ll do what we say we’re going to do. We’ll be on time, we’ll return your phone messages and we’ll reply to your emails - promptly. We’ll provide you with as much information as we can and we’ll introduce you to our networks so you can achieve your goals. If we don’t know the answer we’ll either go looking for it ourselves or we’ll point you in the right direction.
Supportive – while we might not always tell you what you want to hear, we will always be in your corner, backing you every step of the way.
Client-focussed – while other advisors often try to put you through their standard ‘system’, we’ll create a service that fits your requirements – like a custom-built car or hand-made shoes, the solution we create for you will be different to the one we created for your colleague…. but will be perfect for where you’re taking your business.
Experienced – we have been doing this for a long time – 55 years collectively. We’ve seen the management fads and we know what really works. We’re academically qualified too – we hold MBAs with a strategic focus. That means the advice we give you is based on sound, practical and proven theory – academic and real-world. We haven’t come down in the last shower… and we have earned a living for the last collective 50 + years doing this kind of work… we know what we’re talking about.
