After my first session with Cat, I took my first deep breath in
about 6 months. Within one hour, she had cleared the rubble from my
path and I could see what my next steps had to be. The hard work still
lies before me (and always will), but now I’m a lot calmer and I
welcome the challenge with more confidence. Cat helped me see what is
important and what I can drop from my thinking. I can now visualise
myself as the successful business owner I want to become. That was the
first step I needed to take, and I’m so glad I did it with someone as
